A team of empowering, inspiring and uplifting Chicago women are collaborating to create a Spa Day meets Networking and Empowering Women's retreat.

This experience gives you the opportunity to experience a little pampering, a little education, a little community support, and a little "girlfriend time" all under the umbrella of networking so you have nothing to feel guilty about..

During the Spa and Beauty Experiences, while you are not receiving services or consultation, enjoy refreshments served throughout the day, starting with spa snacks and ending with decadent party fare and cash bar and network freely with amazing Chicago women.

Begin the day with a short but powerful guided meditation with the sound immersion of singing bowls.

Nourish your Spirit with a Spa and Beauty Experience from 10:15 – 11:45 where you will enjoy 5, 10 or 15 minute services and consultations including:

  • Age Defying Skin Treatments
  • Chakra
  • Massage & Reiki
  • Acupuncture

Nourish your Life with a Wellness Experience 11:45 – 12:45 with three interactive workshops on:

  • Beauty
  • Stress Relief
  • Movement

Nourish your Body with a Spa and Beauty Experience from 1:00 – 2:30 where you will enjoy 5, 10 or 15 minute services and consultations in the areas of:

  • Reiki & Energy Balancing
  • Marketing Plan Consultations
  • Luxurious Skin Treatments
  • Aromatherapy

Nourish your Mind with our Inner You Experience from 2:30 – 3:30 with three interactive workshops where you will expand your:

  • Confidence
  • Passion
  • Purpose

Wrap up your day and show off the Awesome "After" you complete with red carpet style photo op!

Nourish your Business throughout the day by networking with other powerful Chicago Professionals.

* Attendees will not be able to receive all services available in the time allotted, but are guaranteed a minimum of 2 services per Spa and Beauty Experience (AM and PM)

** All services are available on a first come first serve basis and pre-registration is available.

Due to the intimate nature of this event, seats are limited!

Whole Self Nourish is the perfect name for this gathering. Women who got together to care for their whole being inside and out. There was a little bit of everything - spiritual and physical pampering with experts who put the person's need as the priority. The "shopping" was of excellent quality but it was secondary to all the valuable information shared by each of the kiosk owners - experts in their own right that were generous with valuable information to use with any brand.
